Go HERE and follow the instructions for troubleshooting computer crashes.

I have deleted your other thread for this. Please don`t open any more threads for this subject. Thanks.

I didn`t ask you for a HJT log. I suggested you go to the troubleshooting link. In any case, HJT logs are not supposed to be posted in this forum, unless specifically requested.

    Regards Howard :)

No, I wanted you to go and follow the instructions in the link I gave you.

However, I`ve looked at your minidumps and these are the results.

2 crash with pool corruption and reference GoBack2K.sys. This is the Symantec/Norton GoBack Engine Driver.

1 crashes at USBSTOR.SYS. This is the Windows USB Mass Storage Class Driver. It also refrences GoBack2K.sys and SAVRT.SYS, both Symantec/Norton files.

I suggest you completely uninstall Symatec/Norton and replace it with the free AVG antivirus programme and either the free Zonealarm or the free Kerio firewall programmes. You can get them HERE, HERE and HERE.

Then see how your system runs.

    Regards Howard :)
