On Windows Server 2019.
I made it even farther with the installation. During prerequisite check the credentials finally took. I then received three errors:
Hyper V not installed
Reporting Manager has wrong credentials
Failed to Perform the Check
I installed Hyper V and fixed that. I changed the credentials in the Reporting Manager and added the correct product key to fix that portion.
Restarted computer and tried installation again. 2/3 error went away except the "Failed to Perform Check" error.
I added the logs it explained to look at and a screenshot of the error during installation. I am looking at the logs right now but if anyone else wants to take a look as well feel free to.
