System error 102

Hello,

the past few weeks I'm getting system errors like this at least once a day.
I'll post two of the last minidumps here.
If anybody would like to take a look at them and tell me what's wrong I'd be a very happy person.

does that "error 102" just appear at any time of the day or after you launch some application?

did it begin to appear after installing some software or new hardware inside you PC or what?

what is the content of that error message box, or is it just "error 102"???

the first error points to driver_fault the process was AnyDVD.exe most likly casued by cdrom.sys

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:1. Click Start, click Run, type msconfig in the Open box, and then click OK
2. On the General tab, click Selective Startup, and then click to clear the following check boxes:• autoexec.bat
• config.sys

3. Click OK, and then restart your computer.
4. Run the Windows XP setup program again.
