Disable or uninstall any anti-virus disk defragmentation or backup utilities. Check your hard drive configuration and check for any updated drivers. run chkdsk /f to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer safe mode

I was on my computer a few hours ago and everything was fine then I started it about and hour ago and it said this and I've restarted it about 5 times with the same result. I've tried to restart in safe mode but I still get the same thing. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
