Sytem Auto Booting!!

Just installed XP on a system previously running Win98 and when I go to shut down, it shuts down but then starigt away turns itself back on and boots up!!

any ideas>?>

Here's a similar problem that was fixed by re-verifying your BIOS settings.
Win XP won't shut down
