You can't, Dell laptops use a dedicated security chip that prevents the password from being bypassed by resetting the cmos or other methods that used to work.

im sorry to trouble you but i would like your advise i have brought a dell inspiron 1300 from ebay and it has a password i have tryd tlo conntact the person that sold it to no avail ive seen in forun that you can use a paperclip to bypass this and at this moment i have it in bits on table but cannot see the chip can u advise thank you
