Don't americans have 20$ skateboards anymore? Just put the Mac Turd PRO on a skateboard.
For my PC I had some custom furniture maker put 4 wheels on a simple wood board and is fine.

Surely for $100 each they are self leveling? Who says that a table is perfectly flat? You can buy manually adjusted wheels - with the wheel raised high enough the hard nylon wheel is replaced by the anti-vibration pad instead, until time to move it again. $15 each.
