THE SIMS 2 ULTIMATE COLLECTION ERROR: Failed to find any DirectX 9.0c compatible

I've tried search for solution in every forum and none have worked so far. I've tried to change the "Graphic Rules.sgr", played it in windowed mode, and reinstall it. But it still won't work. I've ever found one that suggest me to change my directx version to 9.0c. Where I'm on DIrectX 11 right now, which I believe is more updated than 9.0c. I've tried compatibility troubleshooter and still not working.

Please I'm desperate to play the sims, I have attached my dxdiag latest information.
