The specified service does not exist as an installed service

Please help me, I encountered this error and I can't run some programs
I'm running on windows 7 system (64 bit)
this error only appears whenever I install a new application. other programs that are installed on my computer from earlier are normal
please give me some specified steps. I tried some tutorial on internet but it didn't work
