ok see this utility for flash u can zoom on high res photos and it lke reconstructs it...is ther software for this that will do this but not with flash.....kinda lke on tv .....really cool huh

It doesn't reconstruct anything. It just uses the same picture saved at different resolutions to give you an illusion of fast zooming and that sci-fi image detail reconstruction.
