Hi hows everyone getting on .
I have a friend who has recently been recieving threatening text messages from an unknown telehone number (07858671320) just in case anyone recognises it the police aint interested in doing anything about it any one have any ideas on how to stop this or any other ideas on how to make him (and his partner ) feel a little safer

Has he tried to ring the number with his own number id off????

yes he has but they just hang up when he speaks or any one else speaks
is there any way of tracing the number to find out who it is ?????

Not sure where you are located, but www.anywho.com can do reverse lookups. Worth a try....

The police have a duty to do something about it.

Advise your friend to talk with the police again and insist they do something about it.
