My Toshiba satellite P10-873. is very sensitive on the power connection. Also it will only charge the battery when hibernating or turned off. Any one know of some one in north east essex who could sort me out?

A new power cord might sort out the sensitive connection.As for the battery,it could be dying.That can have strange effects.The toshiba website has an excellent user`s manual. - http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe....gory=Notebooks&mode=allMachines&action=search
