  1. I have a Toshiba Laptop computer, it will not connect to the internet anymore. I have tried a wireless connection and have tried connecting straight to the laptop, either way it will not make a connection. Could anyone tell me what the problem might be, I need this for college next week.

Hi, first go into the control panel> system> Hardware> Device Manager and see if any or all of your networking hardware is listed. If it is then click on them, one at a time and uninstall them, restart the computer and let the computer reinstall the devices. If that doesn't work we will take it from there.

should be on your desktop as an Icon, but the high-level console is at
    C:\Program Files\TOSHIBA\TOSHIBA Console\TInTouch.exe
