  1. I have a toshiba that will not display anything. I have replaced the inverter, lcd and the cable still no luck. When I hook up a external monitor it works fine. Not sure what to do now. Could there be a problem with the motherboard??? Is there anyway to check and see if power is getting to the inverter??? Thanks for any help I can get.

    1. This needs to be posted in the mobile computing forum.
    2. Check your Video settings. Is local monitor turned off
    3. You could have an internal cable issue - get it professional repaired.
    4. if you have an external monitor that works, the problem is not with your laptop motherboard or power.
