    I couldn't find a way to add it to the software catalog, so in case you do it manually, here is a nice tool - Total Power Control - it fixes the problem with only 2 power plans in Windows 7 power icon in the tray and also has a lot of handy features for everyday use. Can be downloaded at acritum.com/tpc.
