keep getting this tracking ie cache data miner/ adware gets rid of it but it seems to keep coming back/ any ideas guys /cheers

Yes, stop using IE and use Firefox instead.

FF or Opera. Try both see which you prefer. I personally prefer Opera, but both are great browsers.
