Transfer old SSD to New Laptop

Have new laptop with W 10 installed, on 128G SSD. Want to use my old W10 config and files and the old 512G SSD from my working older laptop. I have Macrium images and can clone with same. How should I go about the switch? I am familiar with physically installing drives.
thanks

First you need to backup whatever files you have on the 500gb ssd drive.
Next you will want to format the ssd drive with a tool like this:

Now you use macrium to clone your hdd to it, make sure macrium knows to make the partition primary.
It will make the 128gb a secondary drive, which is logical, make sure you format it to prevent any problems.
