Trouble installing Autocad2006

I had autocad2006 and archdesktop2006 installed on a windowsxp pro legit system. The system crashed and I had to reformat and reinstall windowsxp pro. Now i cannot install the autocad programs. I get an install initialization failed message

Is XP Pro updated to SP2?
