Basically, starting this morning, whenever I attempt to play a game the monitor screen turns black and the computer just freezes or something. I thought maybe my video card is busted. However, every other task is fully functional. Just can't play WoW and that's a must for me.

My AIM s/n is CaliforniaSkim07 if anyone feels that may be easier to help than posting. Thanks.

Have you tried running dxdiag to see if that works ok or not?

I ran that, and it says everything is fine, but then I go to the display. When I test direct draw and direct3d the same weird thing happens that does when I attempt to play a game.

Which video card are you using? Onboard Video or PCI, AGP or PCI-Express cards?

Alright so my problem turned into just the blank white screen showing up whenever I try to play a game, the tests work. Although I got the game to run for a few minutes then the black screen game up. Pshh w/e *cries*
