Troubleshooting Sony Digital Camera

    I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-717, which worked perfectly until today. Whenever I take a picture, it shows up on the screen grossly overexposed,regardless of adjustments. The pictures are being taken this way-they upload looking the same way. I tried changing Memory Sticks, no difference. The Battery shows a good charge.

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

    Sounds like a faulty camera to me.

    However, before sending it back, I suggest you find the factory reset setting(read the manual) and see if that helps.

    If not, you need to contact sony asap.
