turn a 9800se into a all-in-wonder card

Does anyone know, can i turn my ATI 9800SE 256meg card into a All-In-Wonder card? is it possible or would i have to buy one?

I got my video card and TV tuner cards seperately and it came out alot cheaper than an AIW.
