I have a Sapphire Radeon 9200 128 mb. It used to work fine when i would plug it in to the tv, but now when i do it, the top quarter of the screen is a black bar, and its black and white. I looked around the Catalyst control center but couldn't find anything to fix it.
Any suggestions?
