TV vs PC & Devices

Ok, I can't speak for every where but locally when watching my local news https://www.kiro7.com/live-stream on tv ok. Then on my PC there is about a 25/30 second delay which is normal, I guess. BUT then on my ipad,iphone get all 5 of them all going at the same time & "weird". NOT in sync, can someone explain it?

Networking lag per server, per program, per device - - quite normal.

So if I understand that correctly, the server for the device(s) is different?

If you have a iphone it would be using the mobile servers you are with unless you are using your routers internet.
The ipad would fall back on your router with your computer.
So yeah jo is right but I really wouldn't be concerned about it.
Unless your trying to do same the channel on all the devices at the same time.
