Unique Problem

I placed my otehr HD into my older computer to back up the files because the newer HD's Windows was acting up. Once I have the HD set up, i need to access the Owner User Account to recover all the important files. I have the password that was on it, but I dont know where to enter this password lol. When i click on the folder it says "folder" is not accessible, Access denied. Where would I go about entering the password to unlock the account?
