"Unknown KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED"

I am using Windows 2000 Server SP4, it gives blue screen of death with following error message:
STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0xEB59A8B2, 0x00000000, 0x00243F4D)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Address EB59A8B2 base at EB59A000, Datestamp 4021C60F - sysdrv.sys

I check my memory, it is fine. I can't find its solution. Please help me it is a virus or a driver problem.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

The sysdrv.sys apparently belongs to the file securer programme(Google sysdrv.sys). It is a known issue. Uninstall File Securer and see if the problem disappears.

I uninstall the File Securer, and the problem solved. I really irritate with this problem. But i can't understand why it gives this type of problem. I am using it in one more system (Windows XP) & it is not showing any problem. is it OS problem or something different.

I can`t tell you why this has happened, only that the Filesecurer programme is known to cause problems on some systems. I guess it`s just a buggy programme that can cause driver conflicts.
