Unsure of error

When my pc boots up it does all the ram etc fine, but automtically chosses the boot menu without me touching anything, I have checked the bios for some auto boot menu pop up but nothing, anyoone got any ideas?

This may be as simple as changing a setting under My Computer.
Please view attached...

(right-click 'my computer', under the 'advanced' tab, select "settings" under 'startup and recovery' and review settings.
