Hi eveyone. I recently bought a Western Digital 320gb Sata hdd, 2nd gen, WDC WD3200AAKS. Installed it following the guides from WD support & other various websites & most of it here. But i felt something is amiss. I installed it without even installing the raid drivers. Set it as Jbod (spanning) thru the raid setup after post. i'm not sure whether i'm supposed to use Jbod but after reading the manual and after trying other raids, which needs a second hdd, is the only way for my new hdd to be detected in xp installiation. After installing, my hdd is displayed as NVIDIA Jbod in the hardware page under the "My Computer,Properties page". I'm using a Gigabyte K8-NE rev.2. Please advice, many thanks.
