Unwanted Time Zones

Living in the UK all i want is the UK time zone.

How do i remove the other time zones from Vista

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

I don`t know if this`ll help, but it might. It shows how to add additional timezones in Vista. I assume it`s just as easy to delete them.
