I`m sure someone will correct me if i`m wrong, but I don`t think it`s possible.

The audio signal is quite separate from the visualization.

The visualization is a software programme that reacts with the music.

    Regards Howard

If you have a nice TV capture card that has outputs I'm sure you could enable full screen visualization and hook it up to a VCR to record it. Then if you wanted it digital you could import it back through that TV card's input ports and record it digitally. It won't be the best quality, but at least that's a way to do it.

    The best way

The best way to go about this is to run the visualization in full screen and use any screen capture utility. try download.com as suggested and search for screen capture utility.
Try this i am not sure how good it may work.
