Very Cool theme but no idea where to find need help please........

ok first off ive been expirimenting a lot latley with the visual enhancements on this site i have put in FlyakiteOSX 3.5 and my desktop is looking awesom now but what i want is for the mac osx theme to look grey like in this link here also i have seen a pic where the persons icons are grey aswell if someone could please tell me what software i need to make it look like that i would really appreciate it
