HI, I want to use my TV to use my xbox 360 in HDTV mode, my TV has a DVI-D socket and i want to know if there is an adaptor available so i can use the xbox 360 VGA cable to connect to my TV, Thanks.

P.S. i live in the UK but would not mind importing one from america as long as it works.

What your asking is "possible," but very expensive.
For instance, here's one, that might work.

The problem is the price, as I doubt you want to pay $300(usd) to make it work.
Converting from dvi-i or dvi-a to vga is simple, since both dvi-i and dvi-a carry analog signals(dvi-i carrys both digital and analog), but dvi-d is digital, and vga is analog, so an expensive converter box is necessary to do the conversion.

    Hope this is helpful.
