You'd need to identify what kind of video card your computer can use. There are several different types of interface ports that your computer may or may not have. You need to find out if your computer has an AGP, PCI Express x16 or only PCI slots.

The reason how i know that i need one is that after i install the game i try to play it and it says that in need a video card with at least 32 mb.

How can i identify what kind my computer can use, sry, but i dont know how to tell

Well, besides opening it up and looking at the interfaces, you could probably just read the documentation on your PC. Speaking of which, what kind of PC is it? What can you tell me about it? Where did you get it from?

Well, im only 12 years old and my computer is 4 years old so i dont know much about it, :( . As i said i am only twelve and i dont know where i can find the documentation......... It is a hp invent hewlett packard, if thats what you mean..... Besides this and rollercoaster tycoon, no other game is on the computer. For all i know we could already have a video card, and it just doenst have enough free space. AND sadly enough i know more about using the computer than my parents :(

Okay that is sad so what is your budget and are you going to install this by yourself or take to a store like best buy and have them do it. Here are two graphics card that are good enough

I recomend the second one but it is more so can make the choice.

I am pretty sure that you that you can use it but just to make sure look inside your computer and see you have any spare pci slots if you look at the link it will show you an image that will help you identify a pci slot.

Well there's a couple of problems you're going to face. First is that your computer is an old HP. Many HP models don't have AGP ( a special slot for a video card) and many HP models don't like third party cards.

Also, to replace the video card, you will have to open up the computer. Computers can be dangerous (electric shock, sharp edges) and you also risk damaging the computer. If you've never worked on a PC before, I would recommend you have your parents help you or take it to a PC repair shop.

Can you look on your computer for any model number or model information, like "presario 2700" or "deskpro EN", it may be on the sides, front or back of the computer? If you can find out what model it is, I may be able to look up what type of video card it can use.

If you decide you do want to install the card yourself, make sure you unplug it first! I was younger than you when I started playing with the insides of computers and actually damaged my 286, so be careful.
