Vista Ultimate 32 or 64 bit?

Well guys, as the title says, i need help. Soon i will be fitting my Pentium D 945 and i was wondering which version of ultimate would be better? 32 or 64 bit?

64-bit for more than 3/4 GB of ram, there's not much reason to get the 64-bit version otherwise.

ok, thanks, iv come to a decision that im gonna go with 32 bit anyways due to 64 bit having to many problems with drivers and such. Thanks for your help
