Vpu + Driver Failure - 9600

When playing a game on my Connect3D 9600, after a while of running a 3d application a error message would appear saying "VPU stopped responding Ati catalyst had to reboot the VPU". And it gave me an option to send the error to Ati. I have the latest ati drivers and these gave me weird error messages when attepting to analyse the vpu. I have enclosed the screenshots of these errors that windows provided. I have used other graphics cards in the past so its not my Agp port/Motherboard.

I need help as i cant really do any 3D applications,

definately a driver issue. Update your drivers. IF you already have, then use the ones that came with card and don't update.
