Go with Samsung Galaxy M10. It costs Rs 8990 and has good features and camera. Primary Camera: 13+5 MP. It's a good choice under 10k budget.

In my suggestion, I would suggest that in the case of a camera for photos you should buy the Sony Xperia series phone whose lens for photos is world-famous which gives the best quality pictures.
Redmi note 8 is good option.

Does Range- UPTO INR 10000 mean "up to 10,000 Rupees"? If it does, that's about $136USD. There's not much that you're going to get for that low amount
I don't know what your definition of "good" is but for the price you're talking about, you won't get "good" but you can get "good for the price".
