WD external Hard drive

My hard doesn't show up anymore.when I plug it in I hear 2 beep sounds coming from it and then nothing.any one now what the problem might be.

Probably an internal hardware failure on the drive. Hope you had your data backed up from that drive.

Can you feel or hear the drive spinning up?
What do you see in Disk Management?
Have you tried it with another computer?
What diagnostic utilities (example: Seatools) have you checked the drive with?
