Weak bass options from SupremeFX (Asus Hero VI)

So I recently did a system overhaul moving from Asus M4N78 to the Hero VI. One thing that I have noticed (other then all the other goodies) that the bass options are not so great. Is there any way to turn them up more? I remember having an option in Windows where I could adjust the DB but unfortunately the BASS adjustment tab is no there.

Any ideas or suggestions? This really renders my headphones useless :3

Try using the options in the Realtek app

They aren't actually improving the base, it's just not the same. How would I get the dB option for Bass in Windows Sound options?

I have the maximus vi gene (the micro atx version of yours)

From the screenshot you gave, it looks like you are trying to control your sound via 'manage audio devices' in the sound category of the control panel. Instead of that, look down further in the 'hardware and sound' screen. You'll see 'Realtek HD Audio Manager'.

This is where you have full control, including equalizer. I hope I am understanding your problem. See my screenshot. Is that what you are looking for?
