Web page partial upload

When I'm online I can't upload a webpage fully without reloading two or three times. Along with that I can't watch any streamed videos and even if they do start playing it'll only play the first four seconds. Even the pages that do load the images are screwed up. The only way I can slightly fix it is by clearing the cached web content.

Try another browser? What are you using now. Maybe do an update too.
