    The Ballmer Microsoft has tripled revenues in 10 years, yet the stock has done nothing in that time. The market doesn't care. If you pull up a chart, it's mostly been treading water between $20-30 for that entire 10 years. Pull up an Apple chart for comparison. They need to do something that will get people excited about the company again.
