YouTube is free best source, but you can also go for paid trainings as it's more efficient and you'll learn better

The best place to start as a complete beginner is with the Cloud Practitioner exam. The Cloud Practitioner exam is going to give you a solid basis in AWS. As soon as if you learn from here get your basics clear it will be easier to understand deep concepts further. But I must say this is the best platform I personally felt as so happy to recommend you.
