I just came across someong using the term 'stealthed' to describe their CD-RW and DVD-ROM...
    What does it mean?
Can any CD drive be 'stealthed'?
    What does it do?

I tried to look in google, not much came up... you guys are smart enough anyway...
    So... what's up?

it probably means they painted them black and think it looks cool.
I dont need to stealth mine since they allready cant be spotted on radar.

Maybe they mean that it is hidden behind what appears to be a case panel, but is in fact the cdrom drive tray.

Yes Nic, I believe that is what it is referring to. It has a flip down front that hides it when not inputing a cd.

Stealth also means silent or undetected.
