D DelJo63 Mar 20, 2009 #4 suspicious! get a copy of Cports Download here while running as a limited user, right click on Cports and use Run As ... to launch it with Admin authority. if you already are running as Admin (and you should not do that as a habit! ), just launch it. look for port 1685 and then you can find the program using that port. investigate further ...
