What is the difference between the evga 7600gt co and ko?

I am going to upgrade to a 7600gt. i can't decide between the evga ko, co or the xfx. first of all, besides the price, what is the difference between the ko and co. And how does xfx compare to evga in quality and reliability?

The Co is overclocked. I would go with the cheaper evga because they have a lifetime warrenty. If you want an overclocked card, you can easily over clock it yourself instead of paying $40 extra dollars.
