Professional is better. The only benefit of Home is that it is cheaper.

It has more features. You could, like, google for xp professional home features

i have home and it's perfect! no need for professional, because if you're not a computer expert, professional is of no use to you...

yes. if you do not need. go for home edition.
but if you're in need of the license (commercial use) or feature, no choice have to go to Professional.

somehow, you;ll notice this sentence :
this feature is not available in this version of windows.
this feature only available in windows xp professional.

so, for computer expert, pro is a must... :)

    oh.
where do you think i can purchase an OEM
    in a store not online.
i might get a bad CD and i cant take risk of wasting money.

The CD is totally irrelevant. You can download it off the web or copy from a friend.
The thing that you are buying is the licence in the form of the product key.

so the product key is what you need.
can you use two product keys?

What do you mean by using two product keys? If you install Windows, it asks for a product key. There is no need to put in another..

I don't understand? Windows can only use one CD-Key.
