I use Yahoo LaunchCast through Yahoo Messenger. It sounds OK. AOL radio sounds the best but you need an AOL account...

Go to http://rapidshared.org/ in the search block type "radiotracker" all one word. You will have links with various radiotracker apps available I like radiotracker platinum you can either just listen to a variety of stations in various genre's or you can choose to start the ripper which will enable you to both listen and "legally" yes thats right "legally" rip the music you are hearing.
It has many options and setting preferences you can choose.

    Good luck
