If you can't find a PCI Video card under $200 dollars then your not looking in the right places. Check out this website www.newegg.com it has plenty of video cards and lots under $200 bucks. And guessing by what you we're looking at was either PCI-E and in which they still make under $200 bucks. Also guessing from the computer specs, you don't have to many choices on a PCI card for it.
