Whats the best way to take off a Stock heatSink off a P4 Cpu

I put it on with the thermal pad on it now i want to take it off with out brakeing the cpu.

Remove the CPU from the socket while the heatsink is still attached to it. Then try to slip something like a credit card between the heatsink & the CPU's cap.

Where the Heat sink fits there a yellow hold down thing like this

Dosent look a can slip a Card under there even when i lossen the hold down clamps on the heat sink

THeres a thermal pan under it not thermal paste

Need help
