hello everyone! i have the asus a8n-sli deluxe motherboard. i decided to change my OS to vista. however there are not any vista drivers in the asus support/download area while there are drivers for xp/2003/vista/server. since a8n-sli deluxe is a rather popular motherboard i guess some of you people might had the same problem. what shall i do about it? thanks very much in advance!

i am going to install vista as soon as i get the drivers. i wouldn't ask if i didn't need them... anyway, i think it's a disgrace for a company with the prestige of asus not to have released the vista drivers yet. it took me some time more but i finally managed to find them. so if any of you guys need them they are here:

nVidia chipset 32-bit

nVidia chipset 64-bit

Realtek on-board audio drivers

Marvell LAN drivers

Silicon Image SATA RAID drivers

you have to note that Microsoft has removed gameport support from Vista. There is nothing that currently can be done to remove the unknown device if it is a gameport. also ATK0110 ACPI Utility can be installed through windows update.

Lol..........

Microsoft only has one word for Vista, WOW. Now available in 32 and 64 bit suppositories.

Is that too harsh?
