    I have a mga-g200 agp card and have a korean data system [KDS] monitor when i play any game i had to maximize the brightness level of the game to full.If i dont do this the game looks dim and dark and also my pc's desktop display is too dim and dark.I asked my friends they said it is monitor problem so change your monitor so can can any one tell me where is the problem

    Take the comp to somewhere with another monitor you can try, if the problem goes away then you know its the monitor. If the problem stays, it is more than likely a software issue, check the display properties -> settings -> advanced and have a look around in there for any brightness that can be adjusted.
