Hi everyone,
I curently have an Asus p4p800 with a pentium 4 3.2 Prescott. I also have a Intel d865PERL. Should i replace my asus mobo with the Intel? Which one is the better one?

Thanks in advanced :)

I have Intel D865PERL with 2,4C Pentium 4. It works fine, but i think that you shouldn't replace your maniboard. Intel D865PERL dont have capatibility for overclock.

ive owned a loaded intel d865perll board since the fall of 2003, and it runs like a watch. top of the line performance, reliability, and usability. intel bundles a lot of good software with said product and the bios is great. a little fine tuning and you will be flying along.

read entire article, it'll show that the d865perl board is the best.

from Brksi:

yeah, you'll need to spend about 10 seconds in the bios or the linked article to find intel's built in overclocking feature. a good one, too.
